Step One
Lay your baby on its back with baby’s neck resting in the middle of the long end of the blanket (marked with a stitched line).

Step Two
With baby’s right arm held down to its side, wrap the left flap over baby’s body while gently rolling baby slightly onto its right side. Crease and snugly tuck that flap under baby’s body and return baby to its back. Fold the bottom flap up toward baby’s chin to secure baby’s feet, being careful not to cover baby’s face with the blanket.

Step Three
With baby’s left arm held to its side, snugly wrap the right flap all the way over and around baby’s body. When you lay baby down, baby’s body weight will keep the swaddling securely in place.
*WARNINGS*
- Never overdress of overheat your baby
- Swaddling is intended for infants who cannot yet roll over. Beyond that point, discuss with your pediatrician.
- Always put baby to sleep on their backs.
- Be sure each step is done snugly, taking care that baby can still breath easily.
